This is the worst skilled nursing facility I have ever been to. It is dirty disgusting and the staff is extremely rude. I had to wait over three hours for a cup of ice water. You had to make reservations ahead of time to see your loved one, but that was no problem as long as you made reservations ahead of time. They were very nice and accommodating. She did not like the food, but she was very picky, and they had problems with the staff in the kitchen. I thought that New Hope Manor was a very nice place. I like the staff, they were very, very polite, and they had nice people that worked there. The place is well-taken care of and it smells clean.
Cedar Park has limited biking infrastructure and is not particularly walkable. We chose The Isle at Cedar Ridge because of the cleanliness as well as the different levels of care that they provide. The room sizes at the facility are on the smaller side, they do have different sizes... Looked for three months to find an assisted living for our Mom, went and looked everywhere. Walked into the Heritage and it felt like home.

Overall, I wasn’t impressed during my visit to Brookdale Lakeway. I think the price was ridiculous for the quality of the rooms. The rooms were very below-average in comparison to my expectations.
The facility itself is a very nice for someone that is aging, also we are very impressed with the longevity of the staff members there. Everyone who works there has been there for forever. There are 45 nursing homes that accept Medicaid in the Cedar Park area.

It was very difficult for him - but equally difficult for the staff - but during the six months and his care, they did their very best for him. I and my daughters have the highest praise for the gentle and understanding care he received, especially in his last days. A wonderful place with first-class facilities. My partner was at Oakhill Mansions for several months in 2021. The rooms are always clean and well presented. A very professionally run but friendly home.
